I had a stone chip on the windshield of my VW Golf. I called and they were very happy to have me come in the next day to do the 20 minute repair. I ended up there about 45 minutes earlier than my appointment and Frank greeted me with a smile and a "sure thing we can do it for you right now". Frank was great and so was the lady at the front desk. Frank walked me through what to expect and even showed me some repair work he had done on his own vehicle. Uniglass is great, and although I hope I don't have to go back for another repair, I would recommend them to everyone.
