Do you Repair or Replace?
1. Evaluate the risk
It is important you identify the type of crack or chip in your windshield in order to know if the damage is minor (green), serious (yellow) or urgent (red).
Nature of risk :
Green :
You have a minor crack, but there is risk. There is still time to act before the impact becomes yellow or red. Go to the nearest UniglassPlus/Ziebart location as soon as possible. The repair will only take 30 minutes of your time.
Yellow :
Need for quick action. This crack will require windshield replacement very soon unless you attend to it now. Delaying the repair, will result in high and unnecessary costs. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
Red :
You must act now! There is no time to lose. You are putting your safety and that of your passengers at serious risk. Have your windshield repaired immediately.
