John and his father Manny were great to work with: friendly, professional, got the job done quickly, and it always feels really good supporting a neighborhood family business. I also really appreciated that John dealt directly with my insurance regarding the full windshield replacement no thanks to a pebble on the highway. John was fantastic throughout. In my case, the OEM equivalent windshield initially approved by insurance didn't work well with the HUD in my car, so John worked with the insurance provider to agree to an OEM replacement, and eventually got that fixed for me. Great talking to him throughout. While the wait for the OEM windshield was long, it was understandably outside his control and he was polite and transparent throughout. Highly recommend.
